Membership & Subscription Terms

1. Free Registration

Where offered, users may create a basic Cast Talents account without paying a membership fee.

Free registration does not guarantee profile approval, casting opportunities, shortlisting, Bookings, income or any minimum volume of work.

2. Paid Memberships

Cast Talents may offer optional paid membership plans, upgrades or premium platform features.

The exact price, subscription period and included benefits shown at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

3. Membership Benefits

Depending on the plan, membership benefits may include enhanced profile features, increased visibility, additional media functionality, application tools, analytics, verification features or other benefits described on the relevant membership page.

4. Payment

Subscription fees are payable in advance unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable prices and payment methods will be displayed before checkout.

Users are responsible for providing accurate billing information and, where recurring billing applies, maintaining a valid payment method.

5. Auto-Renewal

A subscription will auto-renew only where the checkout or purchase process clearly identifies the plan as recurring and the User agrees to recurring billing.

Where auto-renewal applies, the applicable fee may be charged at the start of each renewal period until renewal is cancelled.

Cancelling future renewal prevents subsequent renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund entitlement for a subscription period that has already started.

6. Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes

Users may upgrade to an available plan subject to the conditions shown at the time of upgrade.

Where downgrades are offered, they may take effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated.

7. Membership Use

Membership is personal to the registered account holder and may not be resold, transferred or shared unless expressly authorised.

Users must not manipulate payment systems, subscription functionality, platform features or membership eligibility.

8. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, Cast Talents may retry the payment, request an updated payment method, restrict paid features or return the account to an applicable free/basic status.

9. Future Price Changes

Cast Talents may change prices for future purchases or renewal periods. A price change will not retrospectively alter a completed fixed-term purchase.

Where required, appropriate notice will be provided before a changed price applies to a recurring subscription.

10. Cancelling a Subscription

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, Users may cancel future renewal using the cancellation method made available by Cast Talents.

Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a paid membership does not delete the underlying Talent or Client account. Paid benefits will end at the applicable time.

11. Suspension or Termination for Misuse

Cast Talents may suspend or terminate membership benefits in cases of fraud, chargeback abuse, serious Terms violations, unlawful activity or material misuse of the platform.

12. Membership & Talent Bookings Are Separate

Membership fees purchase access to the features described for the selected membership plan.

They do not purchase or guarantee a casting, audition, Client selection or Booking. Payments relating to actual Talent Bookings are separate from Website membership fees.

13. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the Cast Talents Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Cast Talents may update these Membership & Subscription Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting active paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
