AI Terms of Use

1. Scope & Acceptance

These AI Terms supplement our general Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other applicable platform terms.

By choosing to use an AI-assisted feature made available through Cast Talents, you agree to use that feature responsibly and in accordance with these AI Terms.

If another Cast Talents policy or agreement contains requirements specific to a particular service, booking or account, those requirements continue to apply.

2. AI-Assisted Features

Cast Talents may use or introduce AI-assisted technology to support parts of its talent, casting and platform operations. Depending on the features available at a particular time, this may include:

• Talent discovery, search and matching assistance.
• Recommendations relating to casting opportunities.
• Profile, category, skill or media organisation.
• Search optimisation and database assistance.
• Registration and customer-support assistance.
• Automated responses or virtual-assistant functionality.
• Profile or media verification assistance.
• Fraud, misuse, security or suspicious-activity detection.
• Content and account moderation assistance.
• Analytics and service-improvement tools.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

AI-assisted systems are not perfect. Results, classifications, recommendations, matches, summaries, responses or other outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or inappropriate for a particular purpose.

AI output should therefore be treated as assistance or information, not as a guarantee of suitability, selection, availability, authenticity, employment, booking or professional outcome.

Users should review relevant information before relying on an AI-assisted result for an important decision.

4. User Responsibilities

When using AI-assisted features, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and lawful information.
• Reviewing information before submitting or relying upon it.
• Maintaining appropriate rights and permissions for uploaded content.
• Correcting inaccurate profile or account information.
• Using AI features only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
• Complying with Cast Talents' applicable platform rules and agreements.

You should not rely solely on an AI-generated or AI-assisted output where independent verification or professional judgment is reasonably required.

5. Data, Media & Privacy

AI-assisted features may process information reasonably necessary to provide their intended function. Depending on the feature, this may include profile information, casting criteria, photographs, portfolio media, skills, languages, categories, application information or Website interactions.

The handling of personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Use of an AI-assisted feature does not transfer ownership of your original uploaded content to Cast Talents. Rights relating to user-supplied content remain governed by our applicable platform terms and policies.

6. Human Oversight & Final Decisions

AI may assist Cast Talents personnel, Talents and Clients by organising information, identifying potentially relevant profiles, supporting searches or highlighting information for review.

Where appropriate, Cast Talents personnel may review or override automated recommendations, classifications, flags or other AI-assisted results.

7. Verification, Safety & Moderation

AI-assisted tools may be used to support identity or profile verification, detect possible inconsistencies, identify suspicious activity or flag content or accounts for review.

An automated score, match, flag or recommendation does not by itself necessarily establish that information is genuine, fraudulent, acceptable or in violation of our rules.

Where appropriate, flagged matters may be subject to additional review before significant platform action is taken.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not intentionally use Cast Talents AI features to:

• Create, facilitate or promote unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent identity or qualifications.
• Manipulate verification, matching, ranking or moderation systems.
• Submit content that you do not have the right to use.
• Harass, discriminate against or unlawfully target another person.
• Attempt to bypass platform security or access restrictions.
• Extract, reverse engineer or misuse protected platform systems or data contrary to applicable law or our Terms.
• Interfere with the normal operation or integrity of Cast Talents services.

9. Availability & Changes to AI Features

AI-assisted features may be introduced, tested, updated, limited, suspended or discontinued as our technology and services develop.

We do not guarantee that a particular AI feature will remain available permanently or operate identically across all accounts, devices, locations or services.

10. AI Disclaimer & Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI-assisted features are provided as part of the Cast Talents platform without a guarantee that every output will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose.

Cast Talents is not responsible for a user's decision to rely on an AI-assisted output without reasonable review or verification where such review would be appropriate.

Nothing in these AI Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These AI Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and should be read together with the governing-law and dispute provisions contained in our general Terms of Use and other applicable agreements.

12. Changes to these AI Terms

We may update these AI Terms as our technology, services, legal requirements or AI practices develop.

The current version will display its latest revision date on this page.
